Please read this document carefully. Performing any action, placing an order through the website, or making a direct purchase from Gamby.co.il means full acceptance of the terms outlined here.

General Provisions

• The website is intended for the purchase of goods by internet users.
• Use and purchase through the website are subject to these terms. Your use of the site constitutes acceptance of these terms.
• This regulation applies to all genders; the use of the masculine form is for convenience only.
• In case of an obvious error in the price and/or technical characteristics of a product, the price recorded in the company's office will be the determining price. The company commits to correcting the error once discovered and notifying customers as soon as possible.

Warranty

A. The warranty includes free repair or replacement of a product purchased from authorized sellers of Gamby.co.il if defects are found during normal use in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

B. The warranty is provided to the original purchaser. It can be transferred to another person upon written notification to the company.

C. The warranty does not cover the following cases:

• Damages due to improper use.
• Breakdowns caused by the consumer's fault (negligence, accident, connection to an unstable network, etc.).
• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or serial number violations.
• Damage caused by battery leakage.
• Use of non-original parts or consumables.
• Consumables (cartridges, toners, discs, software).
• Direct or indirect damage caused by the use or malfunction of the product.
• Voltage mismatch (220V).

D. The warranty is provided only for products costing over 150 shekels, if the warranty is provided by the manufacturer or importer.

E. Repair works are carried out from Sunday to Thursday, from 9:00 to 17:00, excluding holidays.

F. The company reserves the right to correct errors in product descriptions and update information on the website without prior notice.

G. All products and services are provided "as is". The company is not responsible for the accuracy of the information but commits to correcting errors promptly.

H. Gamby.co.il is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages, except in cases of company negligence.

I. If the manufacturer or importer is unavailable, Gamby.co.il will assume warranty obligations for products costing over 400₪.

J. Warranty for products of brands (Dell, Asus, Lenovo, D-Link, Mag, Microlab, HP, Acer, HYUNDAI, Braun, Philips, Remington, Moulinex, etc.) is provided solely by the manufacturer or importer.

Right to Cancel the Transaction and Product Return

The customer has the right to cancel the transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of Israel under the following conditions:

1. The price of the product exceeds 50₪.
2. The product has not been used or damaged and is returned in its original packaging.
3. Cancellation is possible within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
4. Exceptions to the right of return:
   • Electrical goods and water-related products, if they were connected to electricity, water, or gas.
   • Personal use products (e.g., filters, unboxed utensils).
   • Software, if the packaging has been opened.
5. Return is only possible if the original packaging is intact and all components are included.
6. In case of return, a fee of 5% of the order amount or 100₪ (whichever is less) will be charged.
7. If a defective product is received, the customer is exempt from any delivery charges.

Privacy

A. Customer data is stored in the Gamby.co.il database and is not shared with third parties. Without this data, the order cannot be processed.

B. Emails from the company are sent only with the customer’s explicit consent.

C. The company takes serious security measures to protect the data; however, the customer understands the risk of potential failures.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Shipping of products is carried out within 48 hours after payment confirmation, subject to product availability in stock.
Orders up to 1000₪ will be sent via registered mail, while more expensive orders will be sent via courier service.
The maximum delivery time is 14 business days from the date the transaction is confirmed.
In case of delay, the customer is entitled to cancel the order without any penalty.
Changing the delivery address after shipment will require an additional charge.
When purchasing licenses (Office, antivirus), serial numbers will be sent by email or fax. The original license must be collected within 3 months.

Order Cancellation Due to Non-Delivery

If the product is not delivered on time, the customer must notify Gamby.co.il by phone or fax (03-9307608) no later than one business day after the last expected delivery date. Otherwise, the order will be considered fulfilled.
